We have a new position for a Customer Insight Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team to provide accurate and focussed business intelligence and deliver analysis to support the delivery of excellent customer service.
Within this position you will always be putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. You will work as part of the business intelligence team, specialising in data and statistical analysis, providing dashboards, and trends analysis that enables effective decision making and drawing on a variety of different data sources to draw clear and relevant conclusions and recommendations.
Our ideal applicant will have demonstrable experience in the delivery of business intelligence, data and statistical analysis and reporting; knowledge off digital reporting and Web Analytics will be advantageous. That experience will also encompass building using data visualisation tools (SQL Server Report Builder, Power BI or equivalent). Additionally, they will need to be confident presenting and communicating findings to non-technical audiences, including senior management. Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential for this position, including problem solving ability and strong IT skills to use SQL (to query building level as a minimum) Excel, PowerPoint and R or Python.
