Job Title: HR Insights Analyst
Location: Chiswick, London or Milton Keynes – majority remote working with the requirement to go into the office on business needs
About the role:
We are hiring for a HR Insights Analyst to join us initially on a permanent basis to join us on our journey to revolutionise how we deliver People Insights to enable better-informed business decision making at BSI.
In this role you will play an important role in delivering actionable insights, analysis and dashboards to our Global functions and business divisions whilst working with multiple stakeholders across the business to identify and deliver the key insights we need to meet our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Interrogate People data and generate insights on key business and talent topics, including Employee Engagement, Programme effectiveness and Talent Management.
- Deliver a variety of research and analytical projects using both quantitative and qualitative to meet business needs.
- Design, build and support testing of Workday (and other People Systems’) reports.
- Balance planned, reactive and project work as required.
- Support with ad-hoc requests for analytics, maintaining efficiency, sustainability, scalability, and end-user capability.
To be successful in the role, you will have;
- Experience in exploring extracts of data and delivering insights.
- Advanced ability and knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Hands on experience with data and pulling insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Curious thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
- Workday/Culture amp experience desirable.
- Tableau, Power Bi – Nice to have
