Finitas are delighted to working with global a life and health reinsurance company who are looking to bring on a Customer Operations & Oversight Manager.
As this is a certified role, experience of managing Customer Operations and applying knowledge of pensions and annuities is crucial.
The role holder will ensure that services provided to the business and the customers are delivered impeccably and exceed expected outcomes.
You will support the COO in implementing the business and customer strategies. This is a hands-on role where you will be an intermediary between senior managers and junior operational staff.
You will oversee the service delivery activities both within the business and its outsourced service providers to ensure consistent delivery job.
They are looking for the following experience:
- Insurance/pensions and annuities is crucial
- Management experience
- Experience delivering good customer experience
- Experience delivering business outcomes
- NO sponsorship available
