Form of workMpeople recruitment are excited to be in partnership with a well-established manufacturing company based in the Tameside area, who are looking to add a Customer Order Book Manager to their team. This position will work on a full time, permanent basis.
- Role:Customer Order Book Manger
- Location: Dukinfield
- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 41.5 hours per week with an early finish on Fridays
Duties as a Customer Order Book Managerwill include but not be limited to:
- Tracking order status
- Providing regular reports and updates
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
- Using MRP system
- Operating scheduling systems
- Logging all correspondence and updating systems
- Providing updates to clients/customers
- Ensuring documentation is up to date and completed
- Process and log any new/additional requests
The successful Customer Order Book Managerwill possess the following skills:
- Previous experience orderbook reporting to customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing/sheet metal production is preferred
- Excellent IT skills
