Booking & Events Manager (Fixed-Term until 14/02/2025)

Bedford College Services (BCS) are currently seeking a Booking & Events Manager at Trinity Arts & Leisure Centre.  Booking & Events Manager's for BC, play an important role in the success of our students: To undertake administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of bookings in BCS facilities, and to ensure the perfect delivery of an event for all BCS venues To work effectively as a member of the BCS Ltd team to generate, secure and deliver tailored client solutions in line with BCS Ltd values Successful candidates will have experience in bookings and events management and a flexible approach to working days to accommodate viewings and events.  Successful candidates must also be able to demonstrate alignment to our organisational VISION values: Valuing Teamwork - We are one team who by working together can achieve great things, respecting the opinion and valuing the contribution each of us makes.
