What will this role achieve?
The role supports the VP Customer facilitating effective collaboration, supporting activation of events and projects, and working with the wider cluster agenda and integration program. It acts as a catalyst in the function for progress, ensuring decision-making across the regional leadership team and remains agile and actions are delivered and on track.
The Project Manager is based in our Head Office at Chiswick Park
What will be your key deliverables?
- Work with the VP Customer and Extended Leadership Team to ensure smooth regional delivery of agreed actions supporting the key priorities of the VP Customer and working in collaboration with internal and external partners to support these deliveries.
- Ensure the effective management and running of the business meeting cycle ensuring all pre-reads presentation decks are produced at high quality and circulated in advance and actions are followed up.
- Support with business reviews by asking key questions on behalf of the VP Customer and where applicable can understand the key risks and opportunities and the gaps that the Leader will need addressing.
- Attend key internal/ external meetings with the VP Customer and provide view/ input as appropriate.
- Uses strong critical thinking/ evaluation skills to provide succinct summaries on key business project and initiatives.
- Provide project management leadership on specified initiatives including big set piece activities such as commercial conferences, external events and leadership meetings.
- Work collectively with the broader Admin team to deliver regional activities such as conferences, UKLT diary management and Chiswick Park events.
- Interface with the wider pladis organisation as required; work collectively and liaise with all other business teams/ regions/ functions as necessary to support business.
