We have an opportunity for a Customer Relations Consultant to join the Customer Relations Team on a Fixed Term, Full-Time basis.

The Role
The purpose of this role is to log, monitor, investigate and respond to all customer complaints and feedback, across multiple platforms including, but not limited to, telephone resolution, survey responses, online reviews and emails. Customer Relations Consultants provide a high standard service in accordance with Condor’s standards, regulations and requirements.
In addition to this some of the key responsibilities are:
- Administering all incoming Customer Relations issues, logging them on to existing and/or new systems, utilising current and new processes.
- Responding to Customer Service complaints and feedback within the SLA set by the Customer Service Manager, and where applicable exceed this without compromise to quality.
- Support Contact Centre in times of disruption or upsurge in business.
- Respond to customer claims in line with EU1177/2010 regulations.

About You
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience and be comfortable in handling challenging situations. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a working knowledge of Social Media Platforms. Ideally, they will also have experience in handling customer complaints.
