A high profile, global leasing company in York is in the process of expanding its European head office in York and is looking for a 'stand out’ individual to join their small team on a full time, permanent basis.
As the Customer Relations Administrator, you will be supporting customer service and operational activities as required by European based Sales Managers to fulfill all customer requirements; increasing utilisation of lease products and by promoting overall positive, external and internal, Customer Relationships.
The Customer Relations Administrator will have a lot of autonomy and responsibility in this role and a typical day will be varied and challenging, you will be;
- Working and liaising with colleagues, trading partners and customers throughout Europe, all with different contractual and specific equipment requirements.
- Producing quotations and documentation
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers via email and telephone whilst liaising effectively with internal departments to ensure customers receive an exceptional service.
- Working with external depot networks and the companies' Operations and Technical team, scheduling equipment delivery
- Collating information and producing excel reports
- Entering inventory movements and maintaining a bespoke in-house IT system.
The Customer Relations Administratorwho is going to secure this position will be;
· Switched on, self-motivated and a fast learner.
· Have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
· A high level of accuracy and the ability to work under pressure.
· Experienced in a 'pivotal’ role
· Highly competent in all MS Office packages
· Clear and concise with exceptional oral and written communication skills
· Professional and presentable.
This is an office-based position in York, it isn’t essential, but abilities in European languages would be distinctly advantageous.
