aka Recruitment are proud to be continuing to work with a state of the art dealership and client of ours to bring you this Customer Relations Manager position in Ripon Job Duties Include: - Ensure complete and accurate data management - Provide valuable support to sales and aftersales departments - Management of the reception team; completing rotas, arranging cover and holiday requests - Provide prospecting data for sales executives - Assist the marketing team with campaigns - Organise customer functions on behalf of our client and other events Requirements: - Have great communication both written and verbally - Ideally having past managerial experience or customer service knowledge - A team player with leadership skills - Previous experience with Kerridge is advantageous - Knowledge of the automotive trade is essential!
