Ensuring the customer journey is positive and productive, building lasting relationships Processing customer orders in an accurate and timely manner Logging and resolving customer queries, complaints and compliments maintaining customer confidence Answering all telephone calls, emails, letters and sales referrals Managing the returns process from start to finish, keeping the customer informed throughout with clear communication Updating the customer database and maintaining accurate recordsWhat's in it for you?
