Sales Support Administrator

Juice is excited to be recruiting two Sales Support Administrators to join a business based in Bath.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally reaching brand, that supplies beautifully designed products to some of the biggest retailers in the UK and US. You be joining a creative and experienced team, gaining exposure to all aspects of the business.

Day-to-day you will be the point of contact for UK and EU customers, processing orders from major retailers to small independent businesses, and ensuring all orders are fulfilled on time.

DAY TO DAY:

• First point of contact for retailers for all supply chain and order queries.
• Processing orders and liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders are despatched on time.
• Updating customers on stock availability and proactively managing forecast orders to ensure the customer receives their order on time.
• Working with the sales representatives to onboard new customers and provide product data.
• Manage any issues relating to deliveries, lost stock, and product issues.
• Organise samples for key accounts and work to deadlines.
• Attend trade shows when required.
• Check customer credit and liaise with the accounts team to ensure the order can be processed.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a similar Sales Support role, ideally from a product-based company with experience working with retailers and key accounts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication style.
• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Be a proactive individual with the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Experience using Excel daily.
• Have a flexible approach and enjoy building great working relationships.
