Thrive Group - Shepton Mallet are delighted to be working with our company based in Wincanton who are actively looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
-Ensuring that all customer sales orders are processed
-Responding and effectively resolving any customer queries, issues and or/ complaints in a timely manner
-Managing & maintaining records for courier claims and customer returns
-Invoicing payments
-Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping in offices
-Actioning any other duties required by management
-Communicating with Operations Manager and all warehouse/customer services staff
-Inputting customer delivery information into courier portal for dispatch
-Liaise with marketing as necessary RE: customer feedback, products/service
Skills & qualifications you will need to succeed:
-Experience of Sage database desirable but not essential
-Office/customer service experience essential
-Must be able to deal with difficult situations on phone and face to face
-Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
-Understanding of office practises & customer services
