Sales Support job in Wincanton.

We have an exciting temporary opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to work at a market leading trade wholesaling company based in Wincanton, Somerset

What you will do as Sales Support Administrator.

You will support the office team in maintaining the company’s excellent reputation for customer service.

• Process orders for timely delivery.
• Collect customer card details for payment.
• Respond to customer queries and questions.
• Manage and maintain records for courier claims and customer returns.
• Ensure credit card reconciliations are processed daily and any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Set up new customers on the system and maintain accurate customer information.
• Maintain general housekeeping in offices to ensure a tidy and organised work environment.
• Communicate with Operations Manager, warehouse, and customer services staff.
• Input customer delivery information into courier portal for dispatch.
• Update the marketing team with customer feedback and new product enquiries.

Skills and experience.

• Sales support, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Experience of Sage database or similar is desirable.
• A good standard of numeracy to handle order processing and financial transactions.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with office practices and customer service principles.

Working pattern.

This is a full-time, office-based, temporary vacancy, working Monday to Friday.
