Anderson Knight are recruiting a HR Business Partner for one of our global clients based in Glasgow. This is full time, permanent role with hybrid working options available. This is an ideal opportunity for a HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor looking to take the next step in their career and transition into a HR Business Partner role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working alongside management and department heads to identify solutions and initiatives with meet company values and goals.
- Ensuring people engagement practices in to the overall business goals and values.
- Working alongside the resourcing team to understand business requirements and turning them in to resourcing helping the recruitment process where necessary.
- Participate in the development of on boarding process including development and implementation of training and personal development programmes
- Identifying any training needs and personnel development and implement initiatives and training plans and programs to enhance employee skills.
- You will be required to help and create new HR policies and procedures, ensuring that they met all legal requirements
- Generate regular HR reports and analytics to measure key performance indicators.
- You will be required to support the performance review process by providing coaching, feedback and tools to assist conversations between managers and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources and CIPD qualified
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role for a minimum of 2 years is essential
- You must have a willingness to undertake relevant training when or where necessary
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
