Salary £34,000 - £36,000 plus company benefits and car allowance

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to understand and support business goals, providing HR support tailored to their needs.
- Provide support across our Scotland business based from our central office in Glasgow supporting multiple sites.
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall group business strategy.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Scottish employment law and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Partner with the HR team to develop and implement employee development programs.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
- Drive the implementation of HR policies and procedures in accordance with Scottish regulations.
- Support performance management processes and provide coaching to managers on effective employee management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner with responsibility for multiple sites.
- In-depth knowledge of Scottish employment law and best practices.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing change within a large business.
- Excellent people skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage administrative responsibilities.
- Experience and confidence in dealing with complex Employment Relations issues.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and common HR software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in a media organisation.
