£42,000.00 - £54,800.00 Per annum

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
• Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing HR guidance and support
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related issues and drive organisational effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and practises
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification such as CIPD
• Experience in the scientific and pharmaceutical industry
