Salary:£42,000.00 - £54,800.00 Per annum
Job Duties:- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing HR guidance and support
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
- Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related issues and drive organisational effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and practises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification such as CIPD
- Experience in the scientific and pharmaceutical industry
- Office-based role with occasional travel required
