We are seeking a Sales Executive dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional level of service while also driving sales to meet the company’s financial targets. This role is integral to enhancing customer occupancy and revenue, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Day to day of the role:- Contribute to achieving the financial targets of the store by driving sales and identifying growth opportunities.
- Assess and quantify potential sales opportunities with each customer to increase store occupancy and revenue.
- Respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer, ensuring a tailored and satisfactory experience.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the store to present a professional environment.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed to protect customers and staff.
- Adhere consistently to all company procedures and policies.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to address diverse customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
