Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.00 am to 4.45 pm, and Fridays 8.00 am to 3.30 pm

Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and issue pro-forma invoices/invoices
- Act as the first point of contact, providing product information and options to meet customer needs
- Handle sample requests and follow-up calls to determine customer requirements
- Resolve any issues or queries related to the supply of goods
- Contact customers regarding unpaid invoices and address any concerns
- Handle monies received and maintain customer database/records
- Assist with general administration duties, including supporting accounts with statements, overdue reminders, and copy invoices
- Provide cover for colleagues when necessary
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong focus on customer and Sales Support
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel and Word
- Numerically literate with good attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Knowledge of Sage software
