Recsure Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service/ Administrator for a company based within the Telford area. This would be on a temporary contract with potential to go permanent after a period of time. In order to be suitable for this role you must be able to start from the 22nd January.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise successfully with clients
- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on product offerings and updates
- Generating weekly and monthly reports
- Attending daily production meetings
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Proven experience within Customer Service/ Administration roles
- Ability to work on your own/ under minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
