Customer Service

Here at the Best Connection we are looking for a couple of upbeat, motivated Customer Service advisors for a respected client in the Alton area. This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.
Pay Rates £11.28 to £12.30 per hour depending on experience
Working Hours Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
Duties and Responsibilities Liaising with customers and being their first point of contact to gather information. Have a good understanding of computers Have a good knowledge of Netsweet or a similar system Be able to resolve any issues over the phone
Requirements Have good customer focus Time management skills Results driven Experience in a similar role Ability to work in a team

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
