Customer Service Advisor

Coventry office (office-based role)
THE JOB ROLE
The Customer Service Advisor role is a key part of our client s sales and marketing operation. The role entails:

• Reacting to incoming customer enquiries, new orders and ongoing sales projects
• Providing product and technical information, working with experienced colleagues to provide advice and guidance.
• Managing CRM and database records, ensuring processes are efficient.
• Day-to-today involvement in the efficient management of the sales and customer support office.
• Contributing ideas and energy to support improvements in operations.

THE PERSON NEEDED
For the Customer Service Advisor role, our client is looking for these key skills:

• Prior experience in a similar role i.e. Customer Service, customer support, customer success.
• Confidence in managing customer queries, processing orders and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The desire to contribute to a knowledgeable, professional, positive and supportive team.

THE REWARDS
GBP25-30K Basic salary (doe) + team bonus of up to 20%
