SalaryJob Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Farnborough, 100% office based
Salary: £22,880 plus a quarterly performance-related bonus of £500 - £1000 every 6 months
Shifts: Full-Time between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday on a 37.5 hour working week

About the Role: Our client, a leading fintech company, is on a mission to make financial education accessible and enjoyable. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will ensure a smooth and simple process for all customer queries.
Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
- Use our client's systems to answer email, phone, and live chat queries
- Promptly address queries and comments made via social media
- Answer general technical queries about the website and mobile app
- Handle queries regarding customer statements and financial activity
- Provide friendly, helpful advice to all customers-
- Perform administrative tasks (monitoring risk alerts, one-off tasks, etc.)
- Support Member Services Management
- Make customer call-backs
- Respond to social media contacts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

- Exhibit excellent organisational skills

- Are eager to learn new systems and possess good technical skills
- Have working knowledge of Excel and Word
