Our operations staff control shipments from door to door during import and export air freight procedures. We seek staff who are positive, motivated and want to be part of a specialised team of Airfreight Specialists.
Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
Duties will include: - Liaising with customers and ensuring they are pleased with the service provided. Contacting and researching new customers to gain more business. Working with the manager and completing weekly reports Face 2 face meetings with existing & new customer Contacting customers by phone on a regular basis Meeting daily targets The successful applicant : - Previous experience and Knowledge of customer Service and telesales / Willingness to learn Computer literacy MS Word, MS Excel and Gmail. Good communication skills Attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as working within a team environment.
