Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding face-to-face Customer Service from our Manchester office
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide guidance as needed
- Meet and exceed service targets and KPIs
- Upsell additional products or services as opportunities arise
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute creative ideas for enhancing the Customer Service experience
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous Customer Service experience is advantageous
