Pay: Competitive Rates of Pay + Uncapped Bonus and Commission Opportunities
Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding face-to-face Customer Service from our Manchester office
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide guidance as needed
• Meet and exceed service targets and KPIs
• Upsell additional products or services as opportunities arise
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Contribute creative ideas for enhancing the Customer Service experience

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous Customer Service experience is advantageous
• Enthusiastic and positive approach to face-to-face interactions
