Form of workDue to the continued growth of our business, we are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our corporate Customer Service team.
As an Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of large commercial, public sector, and multi-site business energy customers. Being the first point of contact for these customers, you will need to have excellent communication skills and always be able to provide a professional level of service. You’ll need a proactive mindset to help answer and resolve customer queries and billing issues.
