SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Customer Service Account Manager to work for a market leading business based near Fosse Park. As the Customer Service Account Manager you will provide outstanding Customer Service to clients both existing and new accounts as they come on board.
As the Customer Service Account Manager you will prepare detailed reports for clients and our Managing Director often to tight deadlines. You will be based within a small team at their Leicester Head Office the role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the fore-front of dealing and supporting their clients with all aspects of account management.

Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Account Manager
To handle incoming calls to the Procurement Department and transferring calls to other Departments via the telephone or by email if necessary.
To interface closely with other departments.
To administer all aspects of the Company's activities connected to the management of the designated customers' accounts.
Creating orders and sending them off to customers.
Providing collection.
maintaining Goods-in sheet and checking it against transport schedule.
entering data onto the spreadsheet for reporting purposes.
Preparing transport cost quotations.
To ensure that all files are up to date at all times in line with the company's and department's requirements.
To work with the Accounts Department.
