Customer Account Manager
Job Location: Loughborough
Pay: 12 - 14 per hour
Hours: 36.75 hours per week with some flexibility between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm
Kelly Services are looking for a temporary Customer Account Manager to work with the Production Solutions Team for a maternity cover which is an initial 9-month period.
The role involves being extremely organised - able to work across and with various teams to coordinate the necessary results with confidence and attention to detail. The accounts and customers will be located across Europe so any language skills within this area will be beneficial, although all are English-speaking. Most interaction will be via online video calls.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all customers' specific production requirements are understood, accurately collected & coordinated
- Validate and develop internally with Production Solutions Team, especially Program Liaison team back-office functions, Supply Chain solution to fulfil Production customers' specific requirement and provide first class service to customers
- Ensure execution of all the activities around the implementation of agreed requirements and support responsible functions to meet Customer specific Production requirements
- Support documentation requirements with appropriate functional areas or with the Program Liaison Team
- Own the accuracy of Production databases and the management of internal SLAs and report outs to partners on overall program progress for assigned Production accounts.
What will you bring to the role?
- Knowledgeable in continuous improvement methodology and related analytical tools, e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, run charts, flow charting, Pareto charts, pivot tables etc.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving skills to take the appropriate course of action and provide a solution to the customers
- Strong written and oral communication skills to express own ideas, and communicate well with employees and sales team
- High level of organisational and time management skills, ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint
