Customer Service Account Manager

Your role:
The Client Services department is a critical function within an organisation as it is responsible for building long lasting relationships with key clients. The Customer Service Account Manager will play a key role in ensuring this area of the business operates with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of your allocated accounts; operating as the main point of contact for any matters specific to your clients
- Building positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth
- Ensuring clients are up to date with the latest information about new products.
- Provide client support and handle client communications effectively. Maintaining ownership of issues until resolved
- Spot opportunities for new business and refer them to the Sales Department
- Understand the products & services of the company and maintain up to date knowledge
- Managing own Renewal Book
- Monitoring/Managing client activity including deletion of jobs from Job Boards, Posting of Jobs & Formatting
- Zoom review meetings & Offsite review meetings if required

The role is a work from home role and will act as a point of contact between the client and the organisation and is responsible for managing, protecting and growing established accounts by maintaining contact with clients and facilitating a positive, productive and sustained relationship. Additionally, they negotiate clients into long term contracts, minimizing cancellations…
In addition, it is the Account Manager's responsibility to ensure that the day-to-day activities for which they are delegated are completed effectively.
Requirements:
Essential
- Experience with Software systems
- Knowledge and experience in the Recruitment Industry
- Organisation - Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Teamwork - Motivated to work using own initiative and as part of a team
- Experience of working with high volume of emails
- Client relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Educated to GCSE level
- Computer skills, Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Team player who will go above and beyond for your clients and the company
- Excellent telephone manner with experience in both incoming and outgoing calls
Desirable
- Experience of onsite face to face meetings
- Experience of conducting Webinars
