About the Role:
- Answer customer calls for new claims with precision.

- Provide exceptional Customer Service in 15-20 minute calls.
- Admin support for seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Previous phone-based and admin experience preferred.
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to top-notch Customer Service.
- Team player with effective collaboration skills.
