We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist with good administration skills to join a friendly Customer Service admin team based in Portslade where you'll be working for a well established company that closely work alongside big brands.
As a Customer Service Administrator your role will include:
- Customer contact via email, telephone and other written communication
- Liaising with Clients, Suppliers and Account Managers
- General Administration
Whilst this will involve some phone work this particular Customer Service role will involve communicating with customers mainly over email and in writing as well as administration and contract related tasks for clients.
Ideally you'll have excellent communication skills both written and verbally, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and a have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Word.
This is a full time permanent position, Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm and on Fridays 8:30am - 4:15pm. They offer hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. The basic salary is 24,000 with incentives and bonuses that will see you earning 25,000+ per annum.
