Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their well-established organisation. The ideal candidate would have a confident, proactive positive attitude to bring to the role and the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. You will be joining a very supportive and friendly team.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator
- Dealing with enquiries
- Order processing.
- Raising Quotes
- Filing
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Handling Telephone calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to adapt/ respond positively to different types of characters
Experience / Skills
- Be highly motivated with a positive, can-do, flexible attitude.
- Have excellent timekeeping and an organised approach.
- Be a great team player, whilst also being able to work on your own initiative.
- Possess strong IT skills.
- Previous Customer Service skills would be an advantage
