Job Title: Customer Service Administrator **Immediate Start**
Pay rate: £83.51 per day
Location: Tamworth
Duration: Temporary Contract, 3 - 4 months (flexibility required for extension)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

We are looking for individuals with a passion for administration and Customer Service who enjoy providing efficient support and offering excellent Customer Service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Performing investigative work to supporting both clients and customers
- Providing case resolution
- Liaising with both customers and clients (via telephone and email)
- Chasing customers and clients for missing information
- Confidently resolving any issues or concerns
- Work closely with and support other teams in the business
Essential Skills:
- Proven Customer Service and / or administrative experience
- CRM System experience (desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience on MS packages including Excel (knowledgeable with formulas is desirable)
- Confident, organised and self-motivated
- Excellent attention to detail
