Stafforce are recruiting an experienced and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our well established client in the Grimsby area on a temp to perm basis.
Our client are rated as " Excellent " on Trust Pilot due to there exceptional Customer Service team, could you be the next person to join the dynamic team?
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: starting at £11.44 P/H with regular salary reviews
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Answering telephones
- Amending orders
- Arranging Deliveries / Collections
- Responding to customer queries
- Suggesting alternative products
- Refunds
- Checking stock levels
- Processing returns
Experience required:
- Previous Customer Service experience essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Computer literate
- A passion for providing 5 star customer experience
