We are currently seeking a Scheduler to join the team of a leading utilities company that puts the customer at the heart of all they do!

About the role:
- As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of a business-critical service to ensure that both planned and reactive work is scheduled to meet business performance targets.
- You will take ownership of today's and tomorrow's work schedules, ensuring that all work is completed within the agreed timescale.
- You will also prioritise and deploy reactive work according to a priority matrix, ensuring that field resources are deployed via telephone and that health and safety guidelines are followed.
Skills/Experience required:
- To be successful in this role, you will need to be well-organised with excellent administration skills.
- You should also be a team player with good communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally.
- You should be able to work within a team while owning your own workload and have strong prioritisation and decision-making skills.
- Most importantly, you should have the drive and ambition to work for an organisation who provide world-class Customer Service.
This role is office-based initially, but once you have passed your probation, we offer a hybrid working model.
The work pattern is 37 hours per week, with a rota-based system that includes shifts between Monday and Sunday, including bank holidays.
Shifts involve earlies, lates, and weekends, roughly one weekend a month.
Operating hours are between 6.30 am and 9.30 pm.
