Customer Service Administrators Needed ASAP! Preston - £24,000 – Permanent – Full or Part Time
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Administrators to join an award-winning financial services business based in Fulwood, Preston.
Established since 2008, this business is helping over 1000 people a month release cash from their homes to enjoy the retirement they deserve and are one of the leading lifetime mortgage and equity release providers in the UK.
We are looking to recruit for not 1, not 2, but 5 Customer Service Administrators to join this business on a permanent basis.
On a daily basis as Customer Service Administrator, you will be…
- Answering inbound calls from customers and answering queries
- Processing paperwork and updating documents in relation to new or updated applications
- Liaising with customers and updating them via telephone or email
- Advising customers and requesting further information to process their requests
We are looking to find people who are passionate about Customer Service and would enjoy working in a fast paced and varied working environment with opportunities for one-to-one training and lots of room for progression! Attention to detail and the ability to communicate professionally is essential.
Salary, Hours & Benefits
- £24,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Full Time or Part Time (minimum of 18 hours a week) considered
Office Based – Fulwood, Preston
- 23 days annual leave (rises to 28 days with service) + bank holidays, the option to purchase additional days off and 1 charity day a year
