Job description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service and meticulous in your approach to administration? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Customer Service Administrator at our clients' offices that are based in Marlborough.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of client administration and Customer Service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Communication: Prepare and send client communication with the utmost attention to detail, ensuring that all information is accurate, clear, and professional.
  • Office Presentation: Maintain the welcoming and well-kept appearance of the offices, creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors.
  • Telephone Handling: Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Take accurate messages and ensure they are efficiently passed on to the relevant parties.
  • Client Greetings: Greet clients and visitors with a professional, warm, and friendly demeanour, making them feel valued and comfortable.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to various teams within the company, aiding in the smooth operation of daily tasks.

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administration role is essential.
  • Experience working in a professional environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word is a requirement.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
