Our client, a large financial services business based in Edinburgh, is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on an initial 1-month contract with strong possibility of extension.
Essential Skills/Experience:
* Previous administration experience ideally gained within a financial service environment
* Customer service focused
* Problem solving skills - when presented with a customer request find a solution
* Organisation skills – ability to multi task and sort large amounts of information
* Great teammate who is self-motivated and has the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving digital environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence key partners
Core Responsibilities:
* Downloading Excel statement files
* Storing/Saving Excel statement files with passwords
* Emailing Adviser Firm contacts with files and passwords
