Salary: 25,000- 28,000

Pertemps are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to work with their Edinburgh based client. We are looking to speak to dynamic and customer-focused individuals, if you have excellent communication skills and a passion for Customer Service look no further.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with customers through various channels, processing orders accurately, and coordinating seamless product deliveries. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through multiple channels (telephone, email, live chat, social media)
  • Address general inquiries, support with product queries
  • Input and accurately process customer orders
  • Ensure timely and efficient handling from order placement to delivery.
  • Work closely with other departments to arrange delivery and liaise with customers
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly
  • Stay informed about our products/services to effectively assist customers and provide relevant information
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions


About You:

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using Customer Service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
