Customer Service Administrator required for a new, permanent role in Durham. This is a full-time role and based on the outskirts of the city with car parking available.
The Role
Working in a busy Customer Service team you will answer and log calls, input data relating to the calls and liaise with stakeholders effectively. You will be required to handle customer complaints in a professional manner and escalate as appropriate.
There may be a requirement to support the wider team by visiting customers in their homes to discuss their requirements or hand delivering information letters on occasion.
The Person
Applicants must have a driving licence and experience of working with the public, both face to face and via telephone. Admin skills are essential along with good IT skills too.
Remuneration
£24,000 to £25,000 per annum.
