Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a company in East Grinstead who is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a part–time basis.
Location: Central East Grinstead
Salary: 23k pro rata
Hours: Monday to Friday, school hours

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Take responsibility for customer issues and follow them through to resolution
- Handle incoming calls and assist with customer queries
- Provide product information and support to customers
- Manage and respond to emails
- Assist customers visiting the office
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve issues
- Complete necessary paperwork and use company software
- Manage deliveries and post duties
Additional duties:
- Assist with site visits and manage after–sales issues
- Support the external sales team
- Keep customers informed about their orders and any issues
- Promote the company's brands positively
- Maintain accurate records in the company system
Skills and attributes:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, positive, and proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Team player with good computer skills
- Well–organised, motivated, and punctual
Salary 23k pro rata depending on experience
