The Role
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive experience with the brand
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues promptly and effectively
- Booking in MOT's, repairs &
- Taking payments & sending out invoices
The Person
- Previous Customer Service experience, preferably in the automotive industry but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Genuine passion for cars and a dedication to providing exceptional service
