Customer Services Administrator

£22-25K

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a successful, Chesterfield based business, who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.

As a Customer Services Administrator, you will carry out the following duties:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, generating reports, and managing documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any customer-related issues
  • Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Support the Customer Service team with additional duties as required

The successful candidate for this Customer Services Administrator role will be:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach
