Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join their long-established team to enhance the development of the department.
Your main responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor are as follows:
- Liaise with customers with their enquiries via email and on the telephone.
- Provide progress updates and information in a polite and professional manner via email and the telephone.
- Liaising with third parties both internally and externally
- Full range of administration tasks including data processing, KPI reporting, updating the internal data management system.
- Handle queries and complaints in a professional nature in line with company procedures
- Completing general administration.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service / customer focused position
- Good administration skills and experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A professional and polite “can do” attitude.
