Reed Wolverhampton is on the hunt for a Service Administrator to become an integral part of their high-performing team in Penkridge, Staffordshire. If you’re looking for a full-time, permanent role and have a knack for coordinating operations and delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our esteemed clients.
- Work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM — short hours and no weekends!
- Plan and coordinate the work of our dedicated team of Engineers.
- Ensure smooth operations by optimising schedules and enhancing productivity.
- Build and maintain relationships across Technical, Customer Service, and Finance departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- The ability to work independently.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
