Our client is the market leader in their industry, due to growth they have relocated to Luton and looking to expand their in house Customer service team. Now is an exciting time to be joining a growing company!
Your role as a Customer Service Administrator
- Processing customer orders
- Working closely with logistics and warehouse
- Overseeing completion of project orders
- Building relationships with key account customers
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate records
- Using in house CRM system
- General admin
Ideal candidate
- Strong communication skills
- Competent with Teams / Word and Excel
- Experience of SAP and CRM an advantage
- Good eye for detail
