We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to work within our Protection team based in Wigston to be part of a small existing team
As the Customer Service Advisor your working hours will be Monday - Friday between 09:00-17:30. Once probation has been passed there is an option to work alternative weeks 08:00 - 16:30 & 09:00 to 17:30 and the potentially of up to 2 days per week at home
As an Customer Service Advisor you will be enthusiastic and willing to learn new things. You will serve both the managerial team and other colleagues by efficiently processing tasks/documents, to help them complete their task quickly and effectively.
The Role & Responsibilities as the Customer Service Advisor
Emailing & calling clients to update them on the status of their application
Using our online system to log all notes & complete tasks on cases
General office admin, post, answering phones
to be successful as the Customer Service Advisor we are looking at you to demonstrate the following
