My client based in Knowsley is looking to recruit a Customer Service member to join their growing team. You will be expected to work 1 in every 3 Saturdays which would be an 8-12pm shift.
Duties and responsibilities;
* Answering and making phone calls
* Resolving customer issues
* Maintaining customer relationships and improving customer experience
* Working within a team to help resolve any issues
Qualifications
* Customer Service and Customer Support skills
* Ability to handle Customer Satisfaction and maintain Customer Relationships
* Excellent Phone Etiquette skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping an upbeat attitude
* Ability to work in a team setting
