Position:Customer Care Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Location: Queenslie Industrial Estate, Glasgow, G33 4JD
Contract length: 3 months (could be extended)
Start date: ASAP
Duties include -
- Outbound calling to registered customers.
- Gathering information.
- Analysing and reviewing data and triaging work queues.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible.
- Respond to queries for information.
- Keep information confidential.
What we are looking for -
- Customer Service experience is required, should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer enquiries.
- Attention to detail
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Proven data entry work experience
- Confidentiality
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
