This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative located in Glasgow City. The Customer Care representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients through various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and using analytical skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues. The Customer Care representative will also be responsible for collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
