Each day will vary however the core components of your role will include:
- Contacting our patients via phone/email/WhatsApp
- Speaking with our patients after having a successful consultation for refractive eye surgery
- Building rapport on benefits of refractive surgery
- Building product knowledge within Optical Express
- Booking all refractive surgery types
- A KPI driving environment
- Monthly/weekly updates on performance
- Coaching on a regular basis
- Monthly Incentives
Essential skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner
- A willingness to learn
- Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections
